04 / Straight answers
Before you ask.
- Will the file actually cut?
- Closed paths, one layer per colour, stated dimensions in mm and inches. Every kit runs an automated cutability check before it ships. Below 80 you cannot buy it — we redraw it first.
- Does the artwork match the render exactly?
- No. The livery is redrawn as flat vector panels in a second pass, not traced, so it will differ slightly from the concept. You see and approve that proof before any money is taken.
- How big can a panel be?
- Vinyl comes off a roll 762 mm (30 in) wide, so nothing we draw exceeds that on one axis. Length is unlimited. Anything longer is cut in multiple runs and installed in sections.
- Do you make the stickers?
- No. We do not manufacture or ship anything. After download you are handed off to Stickerbox99, or you take the files to your own shop.
- What if my shop says it will not cut?
- Send us their objection and we re-cut the geometry, re-run cutability and put new files on the same order. Unlimited rounds, free. Downloads are not refundable, and we say that before you pay, not after.
